Three of the most notorious of the Chavez government officials, linked to the purchase of food and more specifically to the acquisition contaminated milk, as it was published nearly two years ago by PDVSA, either through Pdval, Citgo, Bariven and other agencies involved in that business, are living outside the country. Thus, Rogelio Salgues took up residence in Miami, Antonio Rivero left Puerto La Cruz and went to Panama and Luis Hernandez to Brazil.
